Built around directly sourced coffees from Rwanda and Brazil, it's lightly roasted to keep things bright and balanced, with a chocolate and nut base for body, caramel sweetness through the middle, and a gentle lift of orange. Horsham Coffee Roasters have been working with their Rwandan and Brazilian partners long enough that the blend stays consistent across the year - which matters more than it sounds when you're relying on it daily. Bradley Steenkamp's sourcing trips and Q-grader background mean the coffees going into it are chosen with care, and the light roast keeps the sweetness intact without tipping into anything sharp.
