Raisins, Dried Apricot, Rum
A seasonal blend from Copper Coffee Roasters, the Winter Warmer pairs fruity Ethiopian beans with the fuller, darker character of El Salvador - landing somewhere rich and warming, with raisins, dried apricots and a quiet rum note that settles nicely in the cup. It holds up across most brew methods, though steamed whole milk brings the sweetness forward if that's the direction you want to go.

Dark-fruited warmth for winter mornings
A seasonal blend built around two quite different coffees that happen to work very well together. Ethiopian beans bring the fruit - bright, sweet and a little floral - while El Salvador adds body and a darker, rummier character that grounds the whole thing. The result leans into dried fruit and warmth: raisins, dried apricots and a rum note that does call to mind a good Christmas pudding, without being cloying or one-dimensional.
It holds up across brew methods, so whether you're pulling it through an espresso machine, running it through a V60 or using a bean-to-cup setup, it should translate well. That said, it drinks particularly nicely with steamed whole milk, where the sweetness and body come into their own.
A seasonal offering from Copper Coffee Roasters, who have been building their range around accessible specialty coffee since 2019 - this one sits at the more indulgent end of their lineup, and is well worth picking up while it's around.

About the Roaster
Copper Coffee Roasters started in 2019 in a small Richmond office, where a recruitment business and a growing obsession with great coffee shared the same desk space. That obsession has since grown into a roastery in Cobham, Surrey, three coffee shops across south-west London and Surrey, and a range built around helping people find their way into speciality coffee without the fuss.
