Red Apple, Caramel, Chocolate
The Cooperative is a medium roast blend built around honey processed coffees from central and south America, currently featuring a Catuai from Tarrazú, Costa Rica. Red apple, caramel and chocolate give it a sweetness that stays grounded - comfortable with milk, equally good without. The kind of coffee you'll reach for on a Tuesday morning without giving it a second thought.

Chocolate-deep espresso with apple lift
The Cooperative blend has been part of Horsham's range since 2019, and it earns its place through consistency rather than novelty. It draws on honey processed coffees from central and south America - currently a Catuai from La Cumbre in Tarrazú, Costa Rica, grown by Minor and Nancy Jimenez - and is roasted to a medium that brings out the sweeter, richer side of the bean. Red apple lifts things just enough to keep it from feeling heavy, while caramel and chocolate settle in underneath and give the cup its body and warmth.
It works well as an espresso, holding up cleanly with milk or without, and the honey process lends a gentle sweetness that rounds everything out without tipping into cloying. Bradley and the team at Horsham source specifically from small-hold farmers committed to sustainable farming methods, so there's a considered story behind what is, on the surface, a very easy-going everyday blend. If you want something reliable that drinks well across the day and doesn't demand much of you, this is a good place to land.
