Milk Chocolate, Marshmallow, Caramel
The Clubhouse Coffee is a medium-roast blend of Ethiopian and Brazilian beans - milk chocolate and marshmallow, sweet and approachable, and happy however you brew it. Simon and Matt at Copper Coffee Roasters built something with purpose behind it too: fifty pence from every bag goes to The Clubhouse Project, a Surrey-based day service for young adults with learning disabilities.

Sweet, crowd-pleasing blend for mornings
The Clubhouse Coffee is a blend of Ethiopian and Brazilian beans that lands somewhere easy and welcoming - milk chocolate and marshmallow in the cup, with a sweetness that doesn't demand anything from you. It works across most brew methods without fuss, whether you're pulling it through an espresso machine, pressing it in an Aeropress, or letting it sit in a cafetiere on a slow morning.
Behind it is a story worth knowing. Copper Coffee Roasters created this blend in partnership with The Clubhouse Project, a life skills day service for young adults with learning disabilities in Surrey. The connection is personal - Chrissie, who has Down's Syndrome, is Simon's daughter and Matt's sister, and The Clubhouse Project has given her and others like her a place to build skills, try new things, and spend time in a kind and active environment. Fifty pence from every bag sold goes directly to the charity, funding everything from swim and dance classes to ingredients for cooking sessions and diesel for the minibus.
It's a coffee that drinks well and does something useful at the same time - which, when you think about it, is a pretty good reason to put the kettle on.

About the Roaster
Copper Coffee Roasters started in 2019 in a small Richmond office, where a recruitment business and a growing obsession with great coffee shared the same desk space. That obsession has since grown into a roastery in Cobham, Surrey, three coffee shops across south-west London and Surrey, and a range built around helping people find their way into speciality coffee without the fuss.
