Dark Chocolate, Nuts, Sweet Caramel
Nova is Horsham's nod to a more traditional espresso style - darker than their Workhorse blend, and built around a Brazilian base that brings body, sweetness and reliable consistency. Dark chocolate, nuts and sweet caramel; it pulls well with milk and holds its own as a straight shot. Good coffee that doesn't ask much of you in return.

Dark chocolate espresso, deeply forgiving
Nova is Horsham's take on a more traditional espresso style - darker, richer, and built around a solid Brazilian base that makes up half the blend. The Brazil Samba natural brings body and sweetness, a washed Rwandan Liza adds brightness and structure, and a natural from Uganda's Rwenzori Mountains rounds things out with depth. The result leans into dark chocolate and caramel, with a nuttiness that holds up well with milk.
Bradley and the team have roasted and dialled this one in specifically for espresso, and it shows. It's forgiving to work with, consistent in the cup, and doesn't demand much fuss to get right. If you like your espresso on the bolder, more familiar side - or you're after something that pulls a reliable flat white day after day - Nova is a dependable choice. It's the kind of blend that earns its place on the grinder and stays there.
