Chocolate, Caramel, Nutty
A medium-dark blend of Brazil, Colombia and El Salvador, the House Espresso pulls together chocolate, caramel and a quiet nuttiness into something reliably satisfying. It works well through milk - flat whites, lattes, cappuccinos - and holds its own as a straight shot, making it an easy choice for everyday drinking at home.

Chocolate, caramel and gentle nuttiness
Copper Coffee Roasters built their House Espresso to be exactly what the name suggests - a reliable, well-rounded blend that works hard whether you're pulling a shot for a flat white or drinking it straight. Brazil, Colombia and El Salvador each bring something to the cup: a deep chocolate base, a caramel finish, and a gentle nuttiness that rounds everything out without any sharp edges. It's a medium-dark roast, so there's body and warmth here, but nothing that tips into bitterness.
This is the kind of coffee that suits a bean-to-cup machine at home just as well as a proper espresso setup - forgiving enough to be consistent, flavourful enough to hold up through milk. Copper have been refining this blend since their early days in Richmond, and it shows in how settled it tastes. If you want something you can come back to every morning without thinking too hard about it, this is a solid place to start.

About the Roaster
Copper Coffee Roasters started in 2019 in a small Richmond office, where a recruitment business and a growing obsession with great coffee shared the same desk space. That obsession has since grown into a roastery in Cobham, Surrey, three coffee shops across south-west London and Surrey, and a range built around helping people find their way into speciality coffee without the fuss.
