Cherry, Caramel, Chocolate
El Zumo is a bold, juicy blend drawing from Costa Rica, Kenya and Colombia - cherry, caramel and chocolate whether you're pulling espresso or brewing filter. Version 7 brings in a natural processed coffee from Planadas in Colombia's Tolima region, nudging things in a fruit-forward direction. It holds up well across brewing styles and times of day, which is more useful than it sounds.

Bold, fruit-forward, brewed either way
El Zumo is a medium-roasted blend drawing on Costa Rica, Kenya and Colombia, processed across natural, honey and washed lots - a combination that gives the cup a range of texture and depth that a single-process coffee rarely manages. The current version, V.7, features a natural processed coffee from Planadas in Colombia's Tolima region, and it shows: cherry leads, caramel rounds things out, and chocolate lends a little weight to the finish.
It works well in both directions. Pull it as an espresso and you get something bold and fruit-forward; brew it as a filter and it opens up, staying rich but with more room to breathe. Bradley and the team at Horsham have been refining El Zumo across multiple versions, and V.7 feels settled - confident without being heavy-handed.
The blend will evolve as fresh crops arrive, which keeps it interesting, but the character holds: juicy, rounded and satisfying whether you're pulling a quick morning shot or taking your time over a weekend brew.
