Rich Chocolate, Nuts, Gentle Fruits
A medium roast Peruvian decaf with rich chocolate, gentle nuttiness and a soft fruit note. The caffeine's been removed using the chemical-free Mountain Water method, which keeps the flavour where it belongs. It's sourced from a collective of smallholder farmers committed to sustainable farming - so you can drink it any time of day with a clear conscience on more than one count.

Decaf that doesn't hold back
Decaf doesn't have to mean compromise, and this Peruvian coffee from Horsham is a decent illustration of what happens when the sourcing is taken seriously from the start. The beans come from a collective of smallholder farmers who deliver their cherry to a local mill, where it's sorted, washed and dried on concrete patios before being sent for decaffeination via the Mountain Water process - a chemical-free method that draws out caffeine while keeping as much flavour in the cup as possible.
What you're left with is a medium roast with real character: rich chocolate up front, a gentle nuttiness through the middle, and a soft fruit note that rounds things out without demanding attention. It works well at any time of day - morning, afternoon or evening - without the caffeine question getting in the way.
Bradley and the team at Horsham source it with the same care they apply to the rest of the range: traceable, sustainably farmed coffee with a clear line back to the farmers who grew it. If you've been quietly disappointed by decaf in the past, this is worth trying.
