Dates, Molasses, Chocolate
If rich, settled espresso with real depth is your thing, Supernova is worth knowing. A medium-dark Colombian from the high plateau of Tolima, washed to keep things clean, it brings dates, molasses and chocolate to a cup that feels substantial without being heavy. The kind of coffee that works hard in the morning and asks very little of you in return.

Deep, dark and molasses-sweet espresso
Supernova is Horsham's medium-dark Colombian espresso, designed to sit alongside their Nova blend as a richer, more developed option. The current version draws from Tolima's Meseta de Popayán - a high plateau sheltered by the Andes, where volcanic soils, steady rainfall and a consistent 19°C mean the cherries ripen slowly and evenly. That unhurried development shows in the cup: dates and molasses give it a deep, rounded sweetness, with chocolate running through the finish in a way that lingers without heaviness.
It's built for espresso, where the medium-dark roast pulls body and sweetness to the front while keeping acidity in check - though it holds up well as a more developed filter roast too, for those who prefer something with a bit more weight. Horsham rotate different washed and honey processed coffees through this slot across the year, so the profile stays consistent even as the specific lot changes.
If you tend to reach for something dark and satisfying over something bright and fruit-led, this one's likely yours.
