Hazelnut, Milk Chocolate, Dried Fruits
A natural processed coffee from the Mantiqueira co-operative in Brazil, this medium roast brings hazelnut and milk chocolate to the front, with a gentle dried fruit sweetness sitting quietly behind. Easy and reliable across different brewing methods - the sort of coffee you find yourself reaching for without much deliberation.

Warm, nutty and quietly fruit-sweet
A natural processed coffee from the Mantiqueira co-operative, sourced from producers Marco Aurelio and Bruno Souza - a relationship Horsham Coffee Roasters have kept up for several years, and one that shows in the consistency of what ends up in the bag. Natural processing means the coffee cherry dries whole: first on concrete patios until it reaches around 30% moisture, then finished in mechanical driers down to 12%. That slower drying draws out sweetness and a little fruit character, and you can taste it here - hazelnut and milk chocolate up front, with dried fruits rounding things out into something warm and approachable.
At a medium roast, this sits comfortably in everyday territory. It works well across most brew methods and doesn't ask much of you in return, which is most of what you want from a coffee you'll reach for regularly.
Horsham also tie this Brazil Single Origin to their FareShare Sussex & Surrey donations, with purchases helping to generate meals for people in need locally. A good cup with a bit of purpose behind it.
