Cherry, Redcurrant, Milk Chocolate
Omega is a quietly clever blend - cherries, redcurrant and milk chocolate, with a creamy body and a bright lift of acidity that keeps things feeling fresh. James Wogan built it from three of his favourite washed arabicas, with the aim of making something that brews well however you approach it. It does.

Creamy, fruit-bright and endlessly versatile
Omega is Wogan's all-rounder - a blend of three coffees that James put together to work well however you choose to brew it. The result is a mellow body, a creamy mouthfeel, and a bright burst of acidity upfront that keeps things lively. Cherries and redcurrant bring the fruit; milk chocolate rounds it out and softens the edges.
All washed arabicas, the blend is quietly tweaked from time to time to keep the profile consistent as the underlying coffees change with the seasons - so what you taste this year should feel much like what you tasted last. It's the kind of coffee that holds up equally well as a morning espresso or a slow weekend V60, and Adrian from the Wogan team puts it plainly: great balance of body and acidity, vibrant, and gets great results with both.
That about covers it, really. If you want something that works across every method without asking too much of you, Omega is a reliable and quietly satisfying choice.

About the Roaster
Wogan Coffee has been part of Bristol's fabric for over fifty years, now run across three generations with one branch in Bristol and another in London. As a wholly independent family company, they've spent decades learning not just how to roast well, but how to do it responsibly - paying the living wage, running solar-powered roasteries, and delivering locally by cargo bike.
