Praline, Chocolate, Caramel
Kiln draws on Colombian, Brazilian and Indian beans to build a blend that's full-bodied and satisfying - praline, chocolate and caramel, with a finish that lingers. It holds up well across brew methods and takes milk without complaint, so whether you're pulling espresso or filling a cafetiere for the table, it's a coffee that just gets on with it.

Rich, creamy, made for milk
Kiln is a blend of Colombian, Brazilian and Indian beans, and each origin pulls its weight. The Colombian brings a gentle fruitiness, the Brazilian a sweet, earthy depth, and the Indian - an arabica and robusta mix - adds a biscuity body that makes the whole thing feel substantial. Together they produce praline sweetness, chocolate richness and a caramel finish that lingers well past the last sip.
It's a versatile blend, comfortable across espresso, cafetiere, filter and stovetop, and it holds up with milk without losing its character. If you tend to drink your coffee white and want something with enough presence to come through, Kiln is well suited to that. It's also the kind of coffee that works across the day - reliable in the morning, easy enough in the afternoon.
Wogan have been roasting in Bristol for over fifty years, and Kiln feels like the kind of blend that kind of accumulated experience produces: considered, balanced, and quietly confident in what it is.

About the Roaster
Wogan Coffee has been part of Bristol's fabric for over fifty years, now run across three generations with one branch in Bristol and another in London. As a wholly independent family company, they've spent decades learning not just how to roast well, but how to do it responsibly - paying the living wage, running solar-powered roasteries, and delivering locally by cargo bike.
