Banoffee, Nutty, Chocolate
Built in collaboration with some of the UK's leading specialty coffee shops, the Assembly Espresso Blend is rich, chocolatey and caramel-warm, with a weighty texture and a banoffee quality that really comes into its own under milk. It's a dependable, well-considered blend you'll find yourself reaching for without much thought - which is exactly the point.

Banoffee-warm espresso, every single morning
The Assembly Espresso Blend is Assembly's workhorse - built in close conversation with some of the UK's most respected specialty shops, and kept in a state of careful refinement as crops and sourcing evolve. Right now it's a 60% Brazilian natural from Mió, a 30% natural from Timor Leste's Astabe, and a 10% Tanzanian Estate AB rounding things out.
The result has real weight to it. Chocolate and caramel up front, a nutty warmth underneath, and a banoffee quality that makes it particularly good with milk - a flat white or latte built on this has a richness that feels considered without tipping into heavy. Drunk black, it holds its own too: the sweetness is real and the body substantial enough to carry it.
It's the kind of blend that rewards consistency. Dial it in once and it'll be there for you every morning, which is rather the point of a workhorse. If you're new to Assembly and want a sense of what they're about day to day, this is a sensible place to start.

About the Roaster
Assembly Coffee started in Brixton in 2015, built around a simple conviction: that a roastery should source what its customers actually need, not what looks good on a shelf. Now a B-Corp certified team of thirty, they work with producers, scientists and hospitality partners across the world - bringing carefully chosen coffees to independent cafes, restaurants and home brewers from London to Manila.
