Hazelnut, Milk Chocolate, Creaminess
A Brazilian decaf that doesn't feel like a concession - hazelnut, milk chocolate and a creamy finish make for an easy, satisfying cup at any hour. The beans come from Vale De Grama smallholders, grown at altitude, and Assembly's use of the natural sugarcane decaffeination process keeps the coffee's sweet, nutty character where it belongs.

Sweet, nutty and all-day friendly
A coffee that earns its place at any hour - not just as a late-night compromise, but as a satisfying cup in its own right. Vale De Grama smallholders in Brazil grow Yellow Bourbon, Catuaí and Catucaí at altitude, and the result has real character: hazelnut warmth, milk chocolate depth and a creamy finish that lingers without demanding much of you.
The decaffeination uses the sugarcane-ethyl acetate process - a natural method that works with the coffee rather than stripping it back, which is why the sweet, nutty core comes through so cleanly. Assembly roast it to sit comfortably across espresso and filter alike, so whether you're pulling a shot after dinner or brewing a slow afternoon cafetiere, it holds up well.
If caffeine is something you're watching - or simply done with for the day - this is a coffee that doesn't ask you to settle.

About the Roaster
Assembly Coffee started in Brixton in 2015, built around a simple conviction: that a roastery should source what its customers actually need, not what looks good on a shelf. Now a B-Corp certified team of thirty, they work with producers, scientists and hospitality partners across the world - bringing carefully chosen coffees to independent cafes, restaurants and home brewers from London to Manila.
