Cherry, Almond, Toffee
A washed Bourbon from Rodolfo Ruffatti's Finca El Salvador in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountains, this Nespresso-compatible capsule delivers cherry, almond and toffee with a velvety texture and rich crema. Packed in infinitely recyclable aluminium and compatible with all Nespresso Original machines, it's a considered brew that asks very little of you in return.

Cherry-bright espresso, pod-fresh and sweet
A washed Bourbon from Finca El Salvador, grown by Rodolfo Ruffatti in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range at 1,700 metres - a region with a reputation for clarity and sweetness in the cup. Here, that shows up as cherry brightness alongside almond and toffee warmth, with a velvety texture and a rich crema that makes it well suited to a quick espresso at home.
Assembly have packaged it in aluminium capsules compatible with all Nespresso Original machines - a format chosen for its consistency, and because aluminium can be recycled indefinitely when disposed of properly. It's a practical decision that doesn't ask anything of you beyond rinsing the pod.
If you want something sweet, smooth and reliably good from a pod machine, this is a solid place to land.

About the Roaster
Assembly Coffee started in Brixton in 2015, built around a simple conviction: that a roastery should source what its customers actually need, not what looks good on a shelf. Now a B-Corp certified team of thirty, they work with producers, scientists and hospitality partners across the world - bringing carefully chosen coffees to independent cafes, restaurants and home brewers from London to Manila.
