Milk Chocolate, Pecan, Plum
Named after the goose-frequented lane beside Dear Green's first Glasgow roastery, Goosedubbs is the blend that's been quietly winning people over since the beginning. Milk chocolate, pecan, and a soft plum note make it an easy fit across brew methods - as comfortable pulled as an espresso under a splash of milk as it is in a morning cafetiere.

Chocolatey, nutty, and quietly reliable
Goosedubbs is Dear Green's house blend, named after the lane beside their first Glasgow roasting space - and, as the story goes, after the deep puddles where geese would gather in medieval times. It's a detail that suits the coffee well: there's more going on beneath the surface than the easy-drinking character first suggests.
Built from Brazil, Colombia, and Peru, it leads with milk chocolate and pecan, with a soft plum note that rounds things out and keeps it from feeling flat. Pull it as an espresso and it holds up beautifully under milk - which is probably why it's the coffee you've most likely already encountered if you've ever ordered a Dear Green in a café or restaurant. Run it through a cafetiere or filter and it's just as comfortable.
There's no single moment this coffee is designed for. It fits the morning commute as naturally as a slower weekend brew, and it doesn't ask much of you either way. If you're new to Dear Green and not sure where to start, this is the one.

About the Roaster
Dear Green was founded by Lisa Lawson in Glasgow in 2011 - one woman, one roaster, and a clear sense of what specialty coffee could be in Scotland. Fourteen years on, they're a B Corp-certified roastery with a full team, a training space, and sourcing built on direct relationships and transparency. There's also a Q Grader in house, which means every coffee on the list has been properly scrutinised before it gets anywhere near you.
