Milk Chocolate, Caramel
A collaboration between Dear Green and Glasgow wholefood cooperative Greencity, the City Blend is a 100% organic cup built from Peru and Colombia. Full-bodied, with milk chocolate and caramel sweetness, and a gentle acidity that keeps things fresh. It sits comfortably in a daily rotation - and every bag sold puts £1 towards community growing projects in the city.

Full-bodied, organic, and quietly dependable
The City Blend came out of a collaboration between Dear Green and Greencity, a Glasgow-based wholefood cooperative - two organisations with a similar outlook on ethics and quality, so the partnership made sense. The result is a 100% organic blend built from Peru Montaña and Colombia Sierra Nevada, both washed, and the combination settles into a comfortable, full-bodied cup: milk chocolate at its core, a gentle caramel sweetness, and just enough acidity to keep things lively without tipping into sharpness.
It works across the day and across brew methods - reliable without being dull, and easy to return to. Dear Green source through direct trade links, which means full traceability back along the supply chain, and every bag sold donates £1 to two local community growing projects: Greenheart Growers and Wash House Garden. So alongside the coffee itself, there's a small but tangible connection to Glasgow's community fabric.
If you're after an organic blend that drinks well and sits comfortably in your daily routine, this one is worth keeping around.

About the Roaster
Dear Green was founded by Lisa Lawson in Glasgow in 2011 - one woman, one roaster, and a clear sense of what specialty coffee could be in Scotland. Fourteen years on, they're a B Corp-certified roastery with a full team, a training space, and sourcing built on direct relationships and transparency. There's also a Q Grader in house, which means every coffee on the list has been properly scrutinised before it gets anywhere near you.
