Milk chocolate, Nuts, Sweetness
If you're after something dependable that drinks well day after day, Holmbury Hill is a medium-roasted blend of Brazil and Colombia with a full body, gentle nuttiness and a milk chocolate sweetness that holds up as espresso or with milk. Roasted by hand in the Surrey Hills by Chris and Monika, it's the kind of coffee you find yourself reaching for without needing much of a reason.

Smooth, nutty, full-bodied daily blend
Holmbury Hill is built around Brazil and Colombia - a pairing that brings the body and sweetness of the former together with the cleaner, brighter character of the latter. The result is a medium roast that sits comfortably in the middle ground: full-bodied and smooth, with milk chocolate and a gentle nuttiness, and none of the bitterness that can creep in when espresso blends are taken a touch too far.
It pulls well as an espresso, whether you're drinking it straight or running milk through it - the sweetness holds up either way. Chris and Monika also designed it to cross over into filter brewing, though it comes through fairly strong that way, so it suits those who like a bit of weight in their cup.
If you tend to reach for the same bag week after week and just want it to be reliably good, Holmbury Hill is the kind of coffee that earns that habit.

About the Roaster
Founded in 2014 by Chris and Monika, Surrey Hills Coffee has been quietly doing things their own way - hand roasting specialty-grade coffee in the village of Abinger Hammer, deep in the Surrey Hills. They're not chasing trends; they're building a range that gives you something to come back to, whatever your taste or mood.
