Chocolate
Box Hill is a smooth, chocolatey espresso blend with a classic Italian edge, made to drink well black or with milk. Chris and Monika roast it in small batches in the Surrey Hills, and the result is a well-rounded cup that slots comfortably into the daily routine - no fuss, no drama, just good coffee.

Rich, chocolate-smooth Italian espresso character
Box Hill is Surrey Hills Coffee's medium-strength espresso blend, built around a classic Italian sensibility - smooth, chocolatey, and easy to enjoy however you take it. A touch of robusta adds a little extra body and that familiar, rounded bitterness you'd expect from a traditional espresso, keeping things balanced rather than heavy. With milk it softens into something comforting and cocoa-rich; pulled as a straight shot it holds its own with quiet confidence.
Chris and Monika roast it on their 10-kilo drum in Abinger Hammer, keeping the process hands-on and the results consistent. It works well across espresso machines, bean-to-cup machines, moka pots and the Aeropress - so whatever your setup, Box Hill should settle in without fuss.
If you're after something dependable that sits firmly in the classic espresso tradition, this is a well-considered blend that earns its place in the morning routine.
