Uganda Bukonzo Dream is one of the most expressive coffees in the Surrey Hills Coffee range. Grown in the Sipi Falls region of eastern Uganda and naturally processed to preserve its fruity character, this is a filter coffee that brings a burst of sweetness and a tropical lift to every cup.
The flavour profile is lively and memorable. You will find notes of ripe strawberry and juicy tropical fruit, balanced by a soft caramel sweetness that gives the coffee structure and depth. It has a syrupy body and a clean finish, making it an exciting choice for anyone who enjoys fruit forward filter coffee.
Chris and Monika have roasted it light to preserve its clarity and vibrancy. It is ideal for pour over, AeroPress or drip filter brewing and is best enjoyed black, where the full range of flavours can shine through.

About the Roaster
Surrey Hills Coffee was founded in 2014 by Chris and Monika, a Swedish couple who moved from London to the Surrey Hills in search of fresh air, good cycling and better coffee. What started as a passion project soon turned into a well-loved fixture of the local scene, with their small batch roastery nestled in the village of Abinger Hammer.
