Named after one of their favourite walks through the woods near Abinger Hammer, Holmbury Hill is more than just a blend. It is the signature coffee from Surrey Hills Coffee. In fact, it is what they serve every day in their own cafés, which tells you just how much care has gone into getting it right.

Chris and Monika, the husband and wife team behind the roastery, are passionate about making great coffee accessible without overcomplicating things. Holmbury Hill is exactly that. A medium roast, combining Brazilian and Colombian beans, designed to bring you a comforting mix of milk chocolate, soft caramel and mellow nutty notes.

It is smooth and satisfying, especially with milk, but equally enjoyable as a straight espresso. The flavour is familiar in the best possible way. There is depth and character, but it is never overpowering. It is the kind of coffee that settles into your routine without ever becoming boring.
