About the Roaster
Voyager Coffee
Voyager Coffee traces its roots back to 2001, when travels through France and South America inspired a search for better coffee in the South West. What began as Coffee West evolved into Voyager Coffee, with the company opening its own roastery in Buckfastleigh in 2014 and taking control of sourcing and roasting. Today, the business is led by Emma Davis and her team, with head roaster Gabe Fill helping shape the coffees that leave the roastery each day.
