Starting with a classic Brazilian profile from their long-standing producing partners in Vale de Grama, this is built around the kind of flavours people come back to for comfort. Sweet roasted nuts, milk chocolate and soft caramel, all carried by a smooth, creamy body that feels properly satisfying rather than thin or stripped back.
The sugarcane decaffeination process plays a big part in that. By removing caffeine while preserving sweetness and structure, it keeps the cup feeling rounded and familiar, rather than carrying the flatness some decafs are known for.

Assembly Coffee is a London-based specialty coffee roastery, founded in 2014 following a series of conversations between leading independent cafés and restaurants across the UK.
